At the 30th Customs Cooperation Conference in Seoul, Korea, today, Clement Cheung, commissioner of Hong Kong Customs, and Joo Yung-sup, commissioner of the Korea Customs Service, agreed on closer cooperation between the two administrations in the future.

“With the longstanding cooperation between the two administrations, Hong Kong Customs will further take proactive initiatives to foster a closer and more strategic partnership with the Korean Customs to meet forthcoming challenges,” Cheung said.

They also signed an action plan that will facilitate clearance for traders at the international level.
